Sounds like a deep, personal and very insightful chapter. I love how you have classified each part of yourself into different characters almost, I look forward to reading it!

Thank you! I conceptualize it as a memoir of all my parts. I truly appreciate everyone who is reading on here.

That's such a great way to do it, I think everyone has these separate parts to themselves and a lot of the time, they are at a constant battle between all of them. Sectioning and naming them would probably be very therapeutic actually for people to do in their daily lives to help see each part of themselves with compassion and understanding. I think your book will help a lot of people. And I'm happy and honoured to read! I find writing so important for myself and I know how special it feels when someone actually takes the time to read and reply rather than just placing a quick "like". Wishing you the very best and really well done x

Thank you so much for this. My writing is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) which posits all of us are made of parts. It's incredibly interesting stuff and has been so helpful to me personally and professionally (if you have read much of my stuff, I'm a clinical psychologist. Definitely worth looking into if it appeals to you.

I wish there was a short cut or an easier way, but if there is, I don't know it. And thank you for this Rock.
