I’m a clinical psychologist who writes from both sides of the therapy room. For years, I tried to stay small enough to be safe and perfect enough to be loved, only to learn that I had to unravel in order to build myself back. These days, I write about what it means to be human in all its mess and beauty.

You’ll find stories here about healing and connection, recovery and growth, parenting and marriage, mental health and grief. I use the lens of Internal Family Systems to make sense of the parts we hide, the pain we carry, and the ways we come back to ourselves. My hope is that something here helps you feel a little more seen, a little less alone, and a lot more real.

If that sounds like the kind of conversation you want to be part of, I’d love for you to join me. Welcome to The Therapist Who Came Undone.

Psychologist and writer, sharing (anonymously, for now) from both sides of the therapy room. This is where the mask comes off. I write about falling apart and the messy, brave work of becoming real—with painful honesty, compassion, and authenticity.
